Abstract

espanolIntroduccion: el Balneario, un espacio que siempre ha estado ahi, calmoso y sereno, con su impronta, su historia, su agua, su gente, su oferta. Y posiblemente siga estando, funcionando, atendiendo, aplicando y hasta posiblemente mejorando y rejuveneciendo a una serie de usuarios fidelizados que van, vienen y vuelven a venir representando una accion social de alta intensidad, digna de ser considerada y atendida. Objetivos: determinar la caracterizacion socio-sanitaria especifica de los usuarios del “Programa de Termalismo Social del IMSERSO”. Estudio del caso especifico del Balneario de Archena. Metodologia: se estructura por una integracion de los metodos cualitativos y cuantitativos: en concreto, se refleja la actualidad y produccion cientifica, la experiencia y argumentacion obtenida a traves de la observacion sistematica y participante y el enriquecimiento de los resultados experimentales obtenidos a traves de encuesta en modelo cuestionario. Resultados: se aborda cuantitativamente el analisis del cuestionario, en base a un analisis estadistico, de tablas de contingencia, para proceder posteriormente al analisis cualitativo de la construccion definitiva del dato que representa cada variable del cuestionario. Conclusiones: Alto grado de satisfaccion. Un alto porcentaje de usuarios afirma que “la salud”, es el aspecto al que esta mas orientado el balneario y “El dolor” es el sintoma mas referido. EnglishIntroduction: the Spa, a space that has always been there, calm and serene, with its imprint, its history, its water, its people, its offer. And possibly continue to be, working, attending, applying and even possibly improving and rejuvenating a series of loyal users who come, come and come back to represent a high intensity social action, worthy of being and cared for. Objectives: to determine the socio-sanitary characterization of the users of the "IMSERSO Social Thermal Program". Study of the specific case of the Spa of Archena. Methodology: it is structured by an integration of qualitative and quantitative methods: in particular, it reflects the current and scientific production, the experience and the argumentation obtained through systematic and participant observation and the enrichment of the experimental results obtained through Survey In a questionnaire model. Results: quantitative analysis of the questionnaire, based on a statistical analysis, of contingency tables, for the process after the qualitative analysis of the definitive construction of the data representing each variable of the questionnaire. Conclusions: High degree of satisfaction. A high percentage of users affirm that "health" is the aspect that is most oriented to the spa and "Pain" is the most mentioned symptom.
