Análisis comparativo del contenido en oligoelementos esenciales de diferentes aguas envasadas

Abstract

Se ha realizado el estudio de los niveles de oligoelementos esenciales presentes en aguas envasadas espanolas. Consideramos oligoelementos esenciales a los siguientes: Co, Cu, Cr, F, I, Fe Mn, Mo, Se y Zn, aunque actualmente se tiende a ampliar esta lista. Los oligoelementos que se encuentran con mayor frecuencia en aguas envasadas son F, Fe, Mn y Zn. La mayoria de ellos se han determinado mediante espectroscopia de absorcion atomica, mientras que el F y el I se determinan mediante utilizacion de electrodos selectivos.
