ESTUDIO OCUPACIONAL EGRESADO EN GESTIÓN BIBLIOTECARIA

Abstract

Éste es un estudio del perfil ocupacional del egresado en gestión bibliotecaria, el cual se desarrolló con el fin de determinar cuál ha sido el impacto de la formación impartida por el SENA. Los resultados que se obtuvieron aquí permiten tres cosas: evaluar el programa identificando oportunidades de mejora, según las señales que envía el mercado laboral; realizar desarrollos curriculares al mismo y formular nuevos estudios en torno al desempeño de la profesión.
