Abstract

ブチルゴムの加硫系を検討し, DCP-イオウ混用形が適当であることを見出し, これとEPDMまたはEPMとのブレンドゴムの加硫に応用してブレンド比と諸物性との関係をイオウ加硫, 樹脂加硫と合せて追跡した.イオウをDCPに対して4倍モル以上使用するとよい結果が得られること, またEPゴムにブチルゴムをブレンドすることにより引張特性が向上し, かたさ, 摩耗量の減少することを見出した.
