Resumen “A imitação da rosa,” de Clarice Lispector, ofrece una representación órfica del motivo de las rosas, a nivel temático, filosófico y estético. Temáticamente, las rosas representan una reescritura feminista del mito de Orfeo. Filosóficamente, su contemplación genera una transformación de connotaciones órficas en la conciencia de Laura, la protagonista, haciéndola desear una existencia más auténtica. A nivel estético, las rosas son abstraídas a un plano de “arte puro” comparable a la locura o lucidez intolerable de Laura. La vitalidad órfica de las rosas de Lispector las acerca a las de Rainer Maria Rilke en Sonetos a Orfeo.
