* Second part of a two-part examination of Biology: a Search for Order in Complexity (Moore and Slusher, 1970), a textbook produced by the Creation Research Society. The first part, which appeared in the April issue, examined the creationist position, from the viewpoint of the history of biology, under two main headings: the argument from design and the argument from catastrophism. This part is concerned chiefly with the concept the "ideal type" in the creationist position.
