Dr. Pringle received his PhD degree from Stanford University and presently is Associate Professor of Finance at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a vice president of the North Carolina National Bank for several years prior to assuming his present position and earlier was with the Cost Analysis Department of the RAND Corporation. He is co-author of articles that have appeared in the Journal of Business and the Journal of Finance.
