Abstract

Uno de los ejes centrales de la discusion en torno al ambiente cultural de las dos ultimas decadas, se refiere a la impugnacion de los conceptos de progreso y desarrollo como aspectos definitorios de la idea de futuro de la modernidad. En el primer apartado, el autor presenta una vision general de la modernidad y de la idea de desarrollo y progreso; en el segundo aborda distintas posiciones postmodernas, y en el tercero se senalan algunas caracteristicas culturales de la epoca de los anos sesenta, setenta y ochenta
