Multicentric Neurofibrosarcoma in a Canada Goose, Branta canadensis

Abstract

of fluid serum and serodiscs saturated with whole blood. Hemagglutination-inhibition tests of eluates of whole-bloodsaturated serodiscs resulted in the detection of 85%o of 118 pheasants with serum titers of 200 or higher. Tube agglutination tests of whole-blood eluates for pullorum disease were unreadable, and the plate agglutination tests of eluates were only about one-half as accurate as the serum-tube agglutination test.
