La planification familiale au Viêt-nam

Abstract

LAm-Thanh-Liem. — La planificacion familiar en Viet Nam. La crisis economica, agravada por la fuerte expansion demografica desde hace 10 aňos, inquieta al regimen de Hanoi fcn el 5e Congreso Nacional del PCVN (27 al 31 de marzo de 1982) fueron tomadas di versas medidas al respecto limitacion del numero de hijos a dos рог familia, colocacion obligatona del dispositivo mtrauterino a todas las madres de famiha numerosa, abortos por raspado sin anestesia, exclusion del Partido de los cuadros y hcen- ciamiento de los funcionarios indisciplinados A pesar de las importantes campaňas en favor de la planificacion familiar (fines de 1982 — comienzos de 1983), el Estado no ha logrado reducir la tasa de crecimiento de la poblacion a menos de un 2 %. como estaba previsto en el Tercer Plan Quinquenal (2,8 % en 1982, 2,7% en 1985). Se espera conseguirlo probablemente en el Cuarto Plan Quinquenal (1986-1990) Pero, i a que precio • Obligadas a someterse a la colocacion de dispositivos intrauterinos, las madres de familia numerosa sufren de malestares, infecciones utermas, metrorragias, amnesia y otřas perturbaciones psico-fisiologicas (sin ser cuidadas a tiempo, debido a la falta de medicos competentes y de medicamentos).
