This article describes an input-output data collection methodology that is a combination of primary and secondary data sources. The method's strong points are a uniform data base between sectors, a relatively low cost when compared to traditional approaches of gathering primary input-output data, and an ability to incorporate data on new firms or expansion by existing firms in a timely and inexpen-
