The paper explores the attitudes of tourists visiting north-western part of Montenegro towards the significance and quality of certain elements within its tourist offer. The survey was conducted on the sample of 200 randomly selected tourists on the territory of all four constituent municipalities (Žabljak, Pljevlja, Plužine and Šavnik) in Montenegro. Comparative analysis of the attitudes was enabled by means of establishing the prevailing attitudes of tourists on significance and quality of tourist offer at the researched destination. The aim of the research was directed towards defining correlations between significance and quality of the selected elements within the tourist offer for north-western part of Montenegro based on the data analysis obtained by the questionnaire. This would mainly answer the question on correlation level between the significance and quality of the observed elements of the tourist offer. Moreover, by providing these answers, the research gains applicative importance since it renders the possibility of advancing the tourist offer of north-western part of Montenegro and highlights the most significant trends within the tourist offer of the researched area.
