Polski handel zagraniczny cukrem po akcesji Polski do Unii Europejskiej i reformie rynku cukru

Abstract

Akcesja do UE wpłynęła bardzo korzystanie na wyniki polskiego handlu zagranicznego cukrem, znacznie poprawiając w latach 2005-2006 dodatnie saldo obrotów cukrem występujące przed integracją z UE. Było to w dużej mierze rezultatem stosowania refundacji wywozowych, wypłacanych przez Agencję Rynku Rolnego z budżetu UE. Jednakże od 2009 r. Polska ma ujemny bilans w handlu cukrem, gdyż krajowa produkcja kwotowa cukru nie zaspokaja popytu wewnętrznego.
