CARACTERIZAÇÃO MORFOMÉTRICA DO CÓRREGO SANTA FLORA, MUNICÍPIO DE DRACENA – SP

Abstract

A caracterização morfométrica em bacias hidrográficas permite avaliar o comportamento dessas áreas, oferecendo dados importantes para o planejamento e preservação de recursos naturais. O presente estudo teve como objetivo caracterizar a morfometria do córrego Santa Flora, município de Dracena – SP. Encontra-se entre as seguintes coordenadas UTM: 7604000m a 7614000m N e 432000m a 444000m E, com uma área de 3465,55ha. Os resultados apresentaram uma microbacia de 3a ordem de ramificação de canais e baixa densidade de drenagem (0,83km/km2). O índice de conformação (0,28), fator de forma (0,33) e o coeficiente de compacidade (1,30), indicam formato alongado. O índice de sinuosidade de 1,10 indica tendência a canais retilíneos e extensão do percurso superficial da enxurrada de 602,41m. A declividade média é de 4,5%, classificando o relevo como suave ondulado. Os parâmetros dimensionais juntamente com os índices morfométricos da forma, relevo, de composição e padrão da rede de drenagem permitiram inferir que a área apresenta baixa susceptibilidade a enchentes e riscos de erosões.
