Abstract

El presente artículo intenta hacer un análisis crítico sobre el trabajo sexual y su explotación por parte de terceros. El abordaje de esta problemática se lleva a cabo desde la perspectiva del Derecho Penal –en América Latina, especialmente en Brasil– teniendo en cuenta sus características y las limitaciones a las que debe estar sometido cuando es utilizado como un instrumento de control de la explotación sexual. PALABRAS CLAVEExplotación sexual, Tráfico y comercio de personas, Trata de personas, Represión penal.
