Interoperabilidade na região amazônica

Abstract

O transporte intermodal é importante para o planejador logístico na região Amazônica. Seu custo de manuseio e de transbordo não pode ser excessivamente oneroso para que operações isoladas e conjuntas sejam possíveis, facilitando a interoperabilidade. Este trabalho aponta as oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de carregamento e descarregamento na Amazônia. Em sua primeira seção, é abordado o contexto geral da intermodalidade, da integração entre as Forças singulares e como esta ocorre em países desenvolvidos. Posteriormente, utilizando-se da metodologia de estudo de caso, é abordada a intermodalidade do Exército Brasileiro na Amazônia, que possui, em sua estrutura, meios de transporte rodoviário, fluvial e aéreo. Por fim, é selecionado, por meio do método multicritério de apoio à decisão SAPEVO-M, o melhor equipamento para a transposição de cargas e integração logística. O resultado obtido monstra que o modelo observado para o Exército Brasileiro pode ser estendido para outras forças singulares, resolvendo um problema logístico de integração intermodal, além de colaborar para o desenvolvimento nacional.
