Abstract

As holdings familiares são comuns entre famílias empreendedoras, servindo como uma ferramenta crucial para gerir e proteger seu patrimônio, além de facilitar o planejamento sucessório. Estas entidades, frequentemente estabelecidas como sociedades por ações, apresentam características distintivas tanto na esfera contábil quanto tributária, demandando um conhecimento aprofundado para uma gestão eficaz e em conformidade com a legislação. No aspecto contábil, as holdings familiares seguem um conjunto específico de normas e princípios para registrar e divulgar suas operações financeiras. Dada sua natureza complexa, caracterizada pela posse de participações em várias empresas, é essencial adotar práticas contábeis adequadas para garantir uma visão clara da situação financeira da holding, suas subsidiárias e investimentos. Quanto aos aspectos tributários, as holdings familiares recebem atenção especial das autoridades fiscais devido às possíveis oportunidades de planejamento fiscal. Portanto, é crucial que gestores e proprietários compreendam as implicações tributárias associadas às operações da holding, incluindo tributação de dividendos e impostos sobre o lucro
