Abstract

A cinomose é uma doença infectocontagiosa de ampla distribuição com manifestações clínicas inespecíficas. O presente trabalho relata três casos de cinomose em caninos de 3 meses, 6 anos e 12 anos de idade, todos com diagnóstico conclusivo para a doença por meio da presença do corpúsculo de Lentz em esfregaço sanguíneo. Visto que a faixa etária de maior incidência é de 3 a 6 meses de idade, foram encontradas semelhanças relacionadas aos sinais clínicos e leucograma, e também diferenças, principalmente associadas a série vermelha em cada idade.
