Visibilidade, impacto e relevância um estudo comparativo de conceitos em artigos de bibliometria e altmetria

Abstract

Os termos “visibilidade”, “impacto” e “relevância” fazem parte da prática dos Estudos Métricos da Informação, e estão relacionados entre si. Assim, o trabalho objetiva analisar quais são as relações estabelecidas entre os estudos de bibliometria e altmetria que mencionam visibilidade, impacto e relevância. Foram coletadas pesquisas na BRAPCI que continham as variáveis “altmetria” e “bibliometria” no resumo. Para a análise, utilizou-se o software Iramuteq, que dividiu os textos em cinco classes, considerando suas semelhanças temáticas. Identificou-se que as três palavras estão próximas em um contexto que aborda tecnologia, sociedade, comunicação, estando a visibilidade mais próxima à palavra impacto do que à relevância.
