PENGARUH UKURAN KOMITE AUDIT, FREKUENSI RAPAT KOMITE AUDIT DAN CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) GENDER TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU PELAPORAN KEUANGAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti secara empiris pengaruh ukuran komite audit, frekuensi rapat komite audit, dan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gender terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property, real estate, and building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 perusahaan selama 3 tahun dengan total 123 data pengamatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran komite audit, frekuensi rapat komite audit, dan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gender secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan. Ukuran komite audit, frekuensi rapat komite audit, dan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gender secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.
