Permeabilidad y porosidad en concreto

Abstract

Se preparó concreto poroso, material compuesto por una matriz cementítica y un agregado como refuerzo, con la característica de permitir la infiltración de agua. La permeabilidad de estas mezclas se obtiene usando áridos con un volumen significativo de huecos entre las partículas y con ausencia total de finos. Se estudió la influencia de la permeabilidad del concreto poroso en: el volumen de poros permeables, porcentaje de absorción total, densidad, y propiedades mecánicas resistencia a la compresión y flexo tracción 28 días. Este estudio encontró una dosificación de concreto poroso, la cual permite obtener resistencias altas, manteniendo una excelente permeabilidad del concreto poroso. Se determinó una permeabilidad de 2,342 mm/s, con un porcentaje real de huecos del 11%, cemento en una proporción de 350 kg/m3, permitiendo resistencias a flexo tracción y a compresión veintiocho días respectivamente de 3 MPa y 33 MPa utilizando diferentes razones agua/cemento.
