Abstract

Por meio deste artigo objetiva-se analisar as diferenças nos rendimentos do trabalho entre homens, mulheres sem filhos e mulheres com filhos no mercado de trabalho brasileiro e evidenciar se estas diferenças estão relacionadas à discriminação. Para tanto foi realizada a decomposição de Oaxaca-Blinder a partir dos dados da PNADC dos anos de 2012 e 2018. Os resultados indicaram maior diferença nos rendimentos do trabalho entre homens e mulheres com filhos, influenciada, em geral, pela discriminação; e menores diferenças entre mulheres com filhos e sem filhos.
