A qualidade no atendimento ao usuário SUS a partir de dados do Projeto Paciente Seguro (PROADI-SUS) – uma revisão de escopo

Abstract

The present study aims to map information about the qualification in user care of the Unified Health System through the actions of the Safe Patient Project (PROADI-SUS). To support the research, the theoretical framework discusses health processes, quality of care and management of health technologies. This is a scoping review, from October 2023 to January 2024, in the databases Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, U.S. National Library of Medicine, Science Direct, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, EBSCO, Scientific Electronic Library Online, CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog and Google Scholar. 238 publications were found, 24 of which were excluded due to duplication. The screening took place in 214 documents, where titles and abstracts were evaluated, considering as relevant only those that indicated PROADI-SUS as an elementary asset of the study. There remained 37 studies eligible for full reading. Only 6 dealt with the Safe Patient Project (PROADI-SUS), which were selected for analysis. There is concern with the creation of methodologies to help identify the maturity of the patient safety issue in health institutions that received the Safe Patient Project (PROADI-SUS); development of a culture focused on patient safety and consolidation of safety practices in routine care. There are gaps regarding patient participation in care decisions. The lack of rapprochement between care professionals, managers and senior management was present in the results.
