Aplicación de programas de asistencia técnica para mejorar la gestión institucional escolar

Abstract

El Sistema Educativo adquiere cada vez un valor crítico y estratégico de la calidad de su acción; por ende, debe superar restricciones y limitaciones actuales, algunas de las cuales radican en materia de organización y de gestión. El objetivo principal fue determinar en qué medida, la aplicación de Programas de Asistencia Técnica, mejora la gestión institucional escolar. Una investigación cuantitativa de tipo aplicada con diseño pre-experimental. Para el análisis de los resultados se han construido los baremos de análisis para la variable y para las dimensiones; y la prueba de hipótesis fue realizada a través de la prueba t Student, con los cuales se ha demostrado que la aplicación de Programas de Asistencia Técnica, si mejora la gestión institucional escolar.
