<b>Dampak Toksikologi Minyak Dan Dispersan Pada Ekosistem Perairan Setelah Tumpahan Minyak</b>

Abstract

Peningkatan intensitas aktivitas maritim dan eksploitasi sumber daya laut berkontribusi pada tingginya risiko tumpahan minyak yang mengancam keseimbangan ekosistem perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efek toksik yang ditimbulkan oleh minyak bumi dan bahan dispersan terhadap berbagai komponen biotik ekosistem akuatik pascakejadian tumpahan minyak. Pendekatan systematic literature review diterapkan dengan menganalisis publikasi ilmiah bereputasi yang terbit dalam rentang 2016 hingga 2026 melalui penelusuran pada basis data Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed serta Portal Garuda menggunakan metode analisis isi. Kajian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kandungan hidrokarbon dalam minyak mentah, khususnya PAH dan BTEX, memiliki karakteristik persisten dan bioakumulatif yang mampu memicu kerusakan fisiologis, hambatan pertumbuhan, disfungsi reproduksi, bahkan mortalitas pada berbagai organisme akuatik termasuk plankton, ikan, terumbu karang dan mangrove. Aplikasi dispersan kimiawi seperti Corexit 9500 diketahui memperparah kondisi tersebut dengan meningkatkan ketersediaan biologis senyawa beracun, terutama pada stadium larva dan organisme simbiotik karang. Paparan simultan minyak dan dispersan menghasilkan efek toksik yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan paparan masing-masing komponen secara terpisah. Penerapan bioremediasi dan fitoremediasi dinilai sebagai strategi pemulihan ekosistem yang berkelanjutan dan berwawasan lingkungan.
