La regulación de las marcas no tradicionales en el T-MEC y en la nueva Ley Federal mexicana de propiedad intelectual

Abstract

Este Artículo analiza las legislaciones de los EE.UU y de la UE de manera comparativa para señalar áreas problemáticas en las reformas mexicanas de 2018 y de 2020 respecto a las marcas no tradicionales como las olfativas y los sonidos. Dichas reformas produjeron dos cambios significativos relacionados con el concepto de marca y las categorías de los signos que pueden ser registrados en México.
