Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende abordar la problemática del control de las reformas constitucionales, estudiando la inconstitucionalidad, formal y material de las mismas y proponiendo el control intraconstitucional, consistente en el contraste entre la reforma constitucional que se impugne de violatoria y el espíritu de la Constitución.
