A new technique called "rotational arch aortography" is reported. It has enabled us to visualize the vertebral and carotid arteries in multiple planes with a single injection of contrast medium. Only 1 patient has required a repeat injection for adequate vessel visualization since we began using a larger volume of contrast material.
