PROJECT RISK INDEX FOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECT EVALUATION
プロジェクトの評価にあたって重要な不確実性の評価においては, 感度分析, リスク分析などの方法が使用されてきたが, それを実際に利用するには, 各事象の生起確率の推定などの困難があった. プロジェクトの実施を投資行為と考えて, それにオプションを設定することを考えれば, この不確実性を含めた評価指標が構成できる. この考え方に基づいて, プロジェクトリスクを含めた評価指標であるプロジェクトリスクインデックス (FRI) を提案し, その性質を解析した.
