Abstract

Das Handbuch Gattungstheorie macht Gattungstheorie griffbereit. Es stellt Aspekte der Gattungstheorie diachron, transnational, transdisziplinär und über die Grenzen der einzelnen Philologien hinweg zusammen, ohne sie zu einer nivellierenden Synthese zu zwingen. Es präsentiert in einem Band, was der Gattungsforscher sich bislang mühsam zusammensuchen musste und kann so zum Sprungbrett für neue gattungstheoretische Forschungen werden.
