Abstract

Les programmes de promotion de la santé de type "Lifestyle Redesign" basés sur les occupations et menés par des ergothérapeutes se développent dans le monde. Malgré le fait que ces programmes permettent une diminution des coûts de santé, divers obstacles institutionnels et organisationnels entravent leur mise en place. Le but de cette étude qualitative est d'évaluer si un programme de promotion de la santé basé sur les occupations est faisable et réalisable dans un hôpital de jour romand. Les participants au programme sont des personnes âgées souffrant de troubles psychiques et vivant à domicile.
