CURVA DE KUZNETS AMBIENTAL ESTIMATIVA ECONOMÉTRICA USANDO CO2 E PIB PER CAPITA

Abstract

Assim, conforme o modelo estimado a partir de 2005 haverá uma redução na emissão de CO2 e um aumento no PIB per capita até 2010.-----------------------The objective of this paper is verify the relation between economic growth and Co2 emission in Brazil. In this work, unit test root of Dickey-Fuller and the estimate of the Curve of Kuznets Ambiental (EKC). The previsiouns using technique Exponential Smoothing Forecasts. Amongst the main results, it is distinguished that the increase of the per capita product tends to reduce the Co2 emission, corroborating with the proposal of original curve EKC. Thus, as the model esteem from 2005 will have a reduction in the Co2 emission and an increase in the GDP per capita in 2010.
