SUPREMOCRACIA VERSUS BOLSONARISMO

Abstract

Esta pesquisa analisa o comportamento público do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) durante a crise institucional no Governo Bolsonaro, focando em eventos-chave de 2020 e 2021, como a renúncia de Sérgio Moro, a disseminação de fake news sobre o STF na pandemia e os ataques de Sete de Setembro de 2021. O estudo busca entender as estratégias narrativas e contra-narrativas do STF frente às interpelações públicas de Bolsonaro, explorando a dinâmica institucional entre ambos. As perguntas orientadoras foram traduzidas em objetivos específicos: (i) compreender a relação do STF com diferentes audiências e seu impacto na reputação da Corte; (ii) identificar as narrativas e contra-narrativas de ambas as partes; (iii) categorizar essas narrativas para entender padrões de comportamento ministerial; e (iv) observar possíveis mudanças comportamentais nas estratégias narrativas do STF. Resultados preliminares indicam que o STF, sob pressão, passou a se comunicar mais com audiências externas à judicial e que, apenas nos recortes finais, houve maior unidade nas respostas ao bolsonarismo. As interações no X (antigo Twitter), delimitadas para análise nessa pesquisa, foram particularmente conflituosas, com a retórica do STF variando entre autocontenção e repressão direta, especialmente em momentos de maior ameaça. A pesquisa, de metodologia qualitativa e empírica, utilizou parâmetros de audiência de Lawrence Baum e teorias de reputação judicial de Ginsburg e Garoupa, a partir de dados coletados em perfis oficiais dos agentes envolvidos
