IGUALDAD CONSTITUCIONAL EN CHILE

Abstract

Este trabajo examina la evolución de la igualdad constitucional en Chile en las últimas cuatro décadas, enfocándose en el legado de la Constitución de 1980, y el rol de las transformaciones legislativas y dogmáticas posteriores. También analiza el devenir de la igualdad en el reciente proceso constituyente, identificando sus avances y retrocesos, en particular, en lo concerniente a la igualdad de género.
