Abstract

This report discusses: rare and forbidden decays of {eta} and {mu} to test the standard model; tests of charge symmetry and isospin invariance; studies of baryon resonances: {pi}N scattering, inverse pion photoproduction, Eta-Meson photoproduction, and the production of the Eta Meson in {pi}{sup {minus}} p {yields}{eta}n; and exploratory investigations in support of the new programs and under consideration.
