The analytical methods employed in a preliminary spectral analysis of the operation of the GCRE and ML-1 reactors to determine the presence, or absence, of underlying periodicity are described. The probable errors assigned to the results are discussed. The analysis concludes that no statistically sigrificant periodicities existed in the reactor data within the limits of resolution of the analytical techniques. (auth)
