Abstract

Outdoor monitoring of air, water, and vegetation in the vicinity of the Paducah Plant is summarized for the year 1960. The mean analysis of all air samples collected along the plant perimeter was 0.21 x 10/sup -12/ mu c of uranium per cm/sup 3/ of air sampled. The mean fluorided content of air samples collected along the perimeter fence was 4.5 ppb. The difference in the mean upstream and downstream beta activities was found not to be significant at the 5% probability level. (M.C.G.)
