Abstract

関節痛を主訴とするリウマチ病の疫学研究の中から, RA,変形性関節症,肩痛症,強直性脊椎炎,若年性関節リウマチ,痛風,結合組織病, Lyme病について,日本と外国との成績を比較して紹介した.変形性関節症,痛風,若年性関節リウマチでは,外国と大差はないが,慢性関節リウマチ,強直性脊椎炎では低頻度で,結合組織病ではむしろ多いかもしれない.環境因子,素因についての研究は,今後の進展を期待する.
