Abstract

肝疾患と心臓との関係を究明するため,肝疾患患者のベクトル心電図を木村法(148例), Frank法(22例)により撮影し,これらと肝機能,血清蛋白,血清電解質および心電図を比較検討した. QRS, T環最大ベクトルの大きさは急性肝炎,慢性肝炎,肝硬変症の順に小となり, QRS-T夾角は逆の順に大となる.また, QRS, T環最大ベクトルの大きさは,肝機能障害の強くなるにつれ,また血清蛋白のうちγ-globulinの増加群で小となる.この関係はとくにT環で著しい. QRS-T夾角は逆に大となる.心電図上ST-T融合型を示す例では, T環の縮小, QRS-T夾角の開大がみられ,この事よりST-T融合型は心筋障害を意味するものと考えられる.血清電解質のうちでは血清カリウムの減少によりT環の縮小傾向がみられた.
