In this paper, a meta goal programming model(MGP) is introduced to determine the optimumallocation of stratified random sample. The mainobjectives in this research are using the suggested modelwhich is flexible enough to interactive with the decisionmaker and find practical solutions, in addition tominimize the estimated variance in the sampling, besideminimize the variance of estimated variance, and alsominimize the cost and time of users in the study.
