Hata Türleri ve Etkileri Analizinin, HTEA, Tekstil Boya-Terbiye İşletmelerinde Kullanımı

Abstract

Tekstil sektorunde, urunlerin kalitesi ve sureclerin guvenilirligi cok onemlidir. Kalite guvencesini tahmin icin yontemler hala cok yaygin degildir. HTEA (Hata Turleri ve Etkileri Analizi) analiz ve kalite guvencesi potansiyel arizalari ve hasarlari onlemek icin onemli bir teknik metottur. HTEA sureci analiz eder ve basarisizliklari, kusurlari onlemek amaciyla riskleri degerlendirir. Bu calismada tekstil boya terbiye isletmesine HTEA teknigi uygulanmistir. Calisma sonucunda isletmede risk onceligi olan uc hata/kusur turu tespit edilmistir ve onleyici faaliyetlere karar verilebilmistir
