Abstract

Bilgisayarlarin gunluk hayatin ve is hayatinin ayrilmaz bir parcasi oldugu bilinmektedir. Bircok meslek grubunda insanlar bilgisayar ekranindan metin okuyarak calismaktadir. Bu calismada, ozellikle universitede calisan akademisyenler icin bilgisayar ekranindan yapacaklari okumalarda en iyi ortam sartlarinin belirlenmesi amaclanmistir. Bu amacla, bilgisayardan yapilan okumalari etkileyen uc unsur isik seviyesi, muzik seviyesi ve punto buyuklugu olarak ele alinmis ve her unsur icin dort farkli seviye belirlenmistir. Unsurlarin okuma hizini en yuksek yapacak seviyelerini belirlemek icin az sayida deneyle en iyi unsur seviyelerini tespit eden Taguchi Yontemi tercih edilmistir. Calisma esnasinda L 16 (4 5 ) ortogonal deney tasarim plani kullanilmis ve okuma hizi performans olcutu olarak belirlenmistir. Elde edilen sonuclara gore ekran isik seviyesinin hafif, punto buyuklugunun en fazla ve muzik seviyesinin hafif oldugu ortamin yapilacak okuma calismasi icin ideal oldugu anlasilmistir.
