LA FIBROSE RETRO-PERITONEALE: A PROPOS DE 10 CAS

Abstract

Introduction:La fibrose retro-peritoneale est une maladie rare, pouvant entrainer une insuffisance renale chronique. Lobjectif de notre travail etait dapporter les caracteristiques clinico-radiologique et therapeutique de la fibrose retro-peritoneale idiopathique. Materiel et Methodes:Etude retrospective portant sur 10 cas de fibrose retro-peritoneales idiopathiques, entre Janvier 2019 et Decembre 2023 dans le service de nephrologie et dhemodialyse du Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire du PointG. Les parametres utilises etaient les donnees socio-epidemiologiques, clinques et therapeutiques. Resultats:Nous avions colliges 10 cas de fibrose retro peritoneale sur une periode 5 ans. Le sexe masculin etait predominant avec un âge moyen de 57 ans.Les Œdemes des membres inferieurs, lalteration de letat general, lamaigrissement et Hypertension arterielle (HTA) etaient des signes cliniques les plus frequents dans notre serie.Le bilan biologique et radiologique etait realise chez tous nos patients.Le scanner et lImagerie par resonance (IRM) ont permis devoquer le diagnostic de la fibrose retro-peritoine dans 100% des cas. Letude anatomo-pathologique a ete realisee chez 5 de nos patients pour la confirmation du diagnostic positif.La corticotherapie a ete prescrite chez 5 patients, la mise en place dune sonde JJ chez tous les patients. Le recours aux immunosuppresseurs et au Tamoxifene navait pas ete necessaire. Levolution etait marquee par la normalisation de fonction renale chez 7 patients. Conclusion:La fibrose retro-peritoneale est une cause rare dinsuffisance renale. Les recidives tardives sont possibles. Une surveillance clinique, biologique et radiologique rapprochee est imperative.
