PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM LANTAI KOMPOSIT BERBASIS MATERIAL LOKAL UNTUK BANGUNAN KAYU BERTINGKAT

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem pelat lantai komposit yaitu kayu-beton bertulang, merupakan salah satu alternatif didalam penggunaan lantai pada bangunan bertingkat atau rumah panggung, secara khusus bangunan kayu. Komponen kayu dalam hal ini berfungsi sebagai balok anak (pembagi) yang dikoneksikan kepada panel-panel beton bertulang yang diatur berjejer dan berfungsi sebagai pelat lantai. Teknologi tepat guna ini diharapkan menjadi pelengkap pada bangunan-bangunan rumah modular maupun bangunan sistem knock-down. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan pengujian secara eksperimental di laboratorium, yaitu perilaku kekuatan dan kekakuan struktur komposit kayu-beton bertulang. Pengujian benda uji (parsial) skala 1:1 dilakukan di laboratorium untuk mendapatkan data dan fakta empiris. Secara umum hasil pengujian yang diperoleh yaitu kekuatan lentur (MoR) balok komposit kayu-beton bertulang adalah 17,16 MPa. Trend model kurva kapasitas yaitu daktail. Sistem komposit kayu-beton bertulang dapat menjadi alternatif sistem struktur lantai secara khusus untuk bangunan gedung bertingkat. Kata kunci: Komposit, kayu-beton bertulang, eksperimental, empiris, daktail. ABSTRACT System plates the floor composite namely kayu-beton boned, is one of alternative in the use of the floor at multistoried building or a house on platform, specifically wooden structures.
