Abstract

黄色グリースおよび大豆油の見かけの代謝エネルギー(AMEn)および真の代謝エネルギー(TMEおよびTMEn)を白色レグホーン種雄成鶏(6ヶ月齢)を用い,基礎飼料としてトウモロコシ,大豆粕および配合飼料(大雛用)を用い油脂水準(5,10および15%)を変えて測存した。黄色グリース,大豆油のAMEn値は基礎飼料に大豆粕飼料を用いた場合,トウモロコシ,配合飼料に比べ有意に高い値が得られた。また油脂水準が高まると,いずれの値も低下の傾向を示した。黄色グリース,大豆油のTMEおよびTMEn値はAMEnと同様,大豆粕飼料を用いた場合,トウモロコシ,配合飼料に比べ高い値が得られたが,大豆油は黄色グリースほどの違いは認められなかった。油脂水準が高まるとTME値は高まる傾向を示したがTMEn値は低下の傾向を示した。基礎飼料,油脂水準によっては黄色グリース,大豆油のAMEn,TMEあるいはTMEn値はそれぞれの総エネルギーを上廻る結果が得られ油脂の付随動的効果が認められた。
