Abstract

<div> <div> <div> <div> <p>A cultura organizacional deixou de ser um discurso institucional para se tornar um campo de disputa real entre valores e práticas. A entrevista evidencia que o assédio e a discriminação não nascem nas empresas, mas são importados da sociedade — e é justamente por isso que as organizações têm o poder (e a responsabilidade) de interromper esse ciclo. Mais do que compliance, trata-se de coerência: empresas que não toleram comportamentos antiéticos precisam provar isso em decisões difíceis, inclusive quando envolvem clientes ou reputações externas. Em um mundo hiperconectado, onde atitudes individuais viralizam e impactam marcas, a ética deixa de ser opcional e passa a ser estratégica. No fim, não são os discursos que transformam culturas, mas as escolhas que as empresas têm coragem de sustentar.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div></div> <div> <div> <div> <div></div> </div> </div> </div>
