The right to education is universal and is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child; therefore, it is a right of Unaccompanied foreign minors to be able to study. Italian law provides specific regulations that allow minors to be permanently welcomed and to pursue an educational path. For their school integration, the skills acquired in their country of origin may be lower than the student's chronological age, due to past experiences of educational deprivation and abandonment, making it necessary to adopt personalized compensatory strategies 2 within the school. In the school integration ofUnaccompanied foreign minors, it is important to activate a network collaboration among educators, teachers, cultural mediators, psychologists, and social services. This collaboration aims to address and compensate for educational deficiencies and reduce difficulties arising from cultural differences, with the goal of promoting social and educational integration .
