The paper argues the didactic potential of analyzing value systems of transnational corporations (TNCs) as a sociocultural resource for developing professional foreign language communicative competence in international affairs students. Corporate values – articulated in mission statements, codes of conduct, and ESG reports – are examined as authentic texts of the transnational cultural field, where universal corporate standards encounter locally embedded cultural practices. Practical integration methods are proposed: work with corporate documents, Hofstede-based comparative analysis, intercultural situation simulation, and critical discourse analysis. The approach fosters reflective capacity, adaptive communicative behavior, and appreciation of value conflicts in global business. The methodology combines philosophical-anthropological analysis of corporate cultures with foreign language teaching theory (FLT).
