In this report we will be studying the case of Al Shams restaurant from a human resource point of view. We have conducted an interview with the manager of the restaurant and collected information for the subjected study. This paper studies the Impact of employees’ motivation on employees’ productivity. First we started with a theoretical study concerning the subject we are studying, information was gathered from several respected resources. After that we continued with the information gathered from the interview, we discussed the case of Al Shams looking for HR issues and concerns, what is the human resource policy used by the given organization and what are the positive and negative aspects in their human resource management. We highlighted some of the strength points and the weak points of the human resource management of the organization. We discussed their weaknesses and issues and came out with some conclusions and recommendations regarding their HR issues. The goals we have for us as a team from this project is to emphasize on some of the problems we face as human resource managers and to try to add value from our study to the human resource as an academic science, we hope that our goals are met and that our respected readers find our study useful for them as future human resource managers, this study has taken a huge amount of effort and work and we will appreciate sincere questions and criticism.
