Les réserves (ou « volants ») de fonds propres contracycliques sont l’une des composantes de « Bâle III », l’ensemble de mesures réglementaires élaborées en réponse à la crise financière de 2007-2009. Cette étude se penche sur la capacité de réserves de fonds propres variables dans le temps de réduire les inefficiences dans des économies caractérisées par des crises financières endogènes.
The countercyclical capital buffer is part of Basel III, the set of regulatory measures developed in response to the financial crisis of 2007–09. This study focuses on how time-varying capital buffers can address inefficiencies in economies with endogenous financial crises.
